Overview

Top Dog Marketing offers performance-based digital marketing services. Because results depend on multiple factors — including client cooperation, access, and market conditions — refunds are offered only under the conditions outlined below.

SEO Services Refund Policy

For SEO services, we offer a conditional refund if agreed performance benchmarks are not met within 90 days from the date of payment, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility for SEO Refund

A refund may be issued only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The client has provided full and continuous access to required assets, including:

    • Google Business Profile (GBP)

    • Website or CMS (where applicable)

  • The client has implemented or approved reasonable recommendations, including but not limited to:

    • Adding relevant business information

    • Uploading photos or media when requested

    • Actively requesting or responding to customer reviews

  • No actions were taken by the client that negatively impact performance (e.g., removing optimizations, conflicting SEO work, or restricted access)

  • The target keywords and location were agreed upon in writing at the start of the engagement

If these conditions are not met, the performance guarantee — and any associated refund — is void.

Scope of SEO Guarantee

SEO results are measured by search engine rankings only.
We do not guarantee:

  • Specific traffic volumes

  • Leads, conversions, or sales

  • Rankings for keywords outside the agreed scope

 

Paid Advertising Management Refund Policy

 

For paid advertising services, ad spend is non-refundable under all circumstances.

Management Fees

 

Our guarantee applies only to management fees, not advertising budget.

  • We guarantee to generate leads at a cost per lead designed to support a positive return on ad spend, based on the agreed campaign parameters

  • We do not guarantee sales, revenue, or conversion quality, as these depend on factors beyond our control (sales process, offer, follow-up, etc.)

If campaign performance does not meet the agreed cost-per-lead target despite proper implementation and client cooperation, a partial or full refund of management fees may be issued at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Items

 

The following are not refundable:

  • Advertising spend paid to third-party platforms (e.g., Google, Meta)

  • Work completed prior to a refund request

  • Delays or underperformance caused by lack of access, delayed approvals, or incomplete information

 

Refund Requests

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the end of the applicable evaluation period.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
